Exploring Alternatives for Lewis and Clark's Missouri River: Preservation, Restoration, Education

The Foundation for Research on Economics and the Environment (FREE) is a 501c(3) research and education foundation based in Bozeman, Montana. We requested proposals exploring alternative institutional arrangements for the protection of the Wild and Scenic portion of the Missouri River. FREE convened a nationally respected jury to review the proposals and awarded prizes as indicated above.
